CLOUD NINE Rewards is our loyalty program designed to reward you for choosing us as your favorite brand! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you engage with Cloud Footwear, such as making purchases, referrals, sharing your love for us on Facebook and Instagram.

You can earn points by doing the following:

Sign Up: Customers who sign up for the rewards program will get started with 100 points (which is already an equivalent of $5 if you choose to redeem it immediately)!

Purchases: All purchases earn 1 point for every dollar spent. For example, a $165 shoes purchase will add 165 points to your account. Note that this does not count towards your past purchases prior to the start of this rewards program (January 2021)

Refer Your Friends: You and your friend will both receive a $15 coupon that you'll be able to use for any purchase made on our site. Your friend must complete their purchase first, then you'll get an email for the referral coupon. You can refer as many friends as you like!

Social Sharing: Follow us on Instagram, like our Facebook page, and share us on Facebook for 100 points each.

Click the blue CLOUD NINE Rewards button on the lower left-hand corner of the page to be taken to your CLOUD NINE Rewards homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (100 points for $5) valid towards any future purchase. 

You can redeem all the points that you have (must be multiples of 100) or choose to redeem them partially and keep collecting!

No. Your points has no expiry date. Once redeemed, the coupon sent to you also has no expiry date

Yes! Once redeemed, you'll get an email from us with a coupon code. This coupon will be valid towards any purchases on our website.
