Exchanges & Returns


We want you to love your Cloud purchases. If your order doesn’t live up to your expectations, no worries! You may return your purchase for an exchange or a refund simply by contacting us using the form below.

Once your form is submitted:

  • Our team will get back to you via confirmation email with a shipping label you can easily download and print.
  • Affix the label to the shipping package and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
  • In case of a return, your money will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • In the case of an exchange, the product you would like to exchange for will be shipped to you.
  • All merchandise must be in brand-new condition: unworn, in original packaging, with tags on.
  • Online returns/exchanges can only be made for merchandise purchased on our website.
  • Replacement insoles and shoe laces are not eligible for a free return or exchange, unless purchased together with shoes.
  • FREE return and exchange are applicable for customers within North America (United States and Canada).


Please note that refund/exchange will be processed within 7-20 business days after the returned items arrive at our warehouse.
